Wow! An Update!

Yes, I know, we haven't updated in a while. US is still kicking. Most of the stuff we are raiding is old hat to us. We have killed a few newer mobs over the past few months including Vasella Fireblood and Mad Mary-Ann in Theater of Blood which brings our kill count there to 5/6 minis. The only mini left there that we have not beaten yet is Valik the Cruel, but his time will come soon. We have also played around with other events such as Vald 2 for access to FC raiding, as well the first raid encounter in Deathknell (considered to be the toughest event int he zone). Another zone we have been playing in is Crystallos. With much of the guild now keyed, we have been getting some decent gear from there as well. Anyway, we have been around, we will continue to gear, and we will progess further. Here is a screenshot of our recent Mad Mary-Ann kill...Khaymn really had to use the potty!:

Kellak the Serpent Lord Sleeps with the Fishes!

With some hits on familiar targets that are on farm status, we decided to add something new to the mix tonight. With little effort we took down Kellak the Serpent Lord. He is part of TSS progression, and honestly, I though the trash mobs in the instance hitting for 4200 posed more of a challenge than he did. Oh well....something new to add to the farm list. CONGRATZ US on our first Kellak kill, and congratz to all loot winners for the night.

I couldn't get a good screenshot since his corpse was in the water, anyway...you get the idea...

/Mourn Kangur Vafta Veor and Pyrelord Narseekin

In search of some new blood we decided to take a crack at some TSS mobs. Tonight we took down Kangur Vafta Veor and Pyrelord Narseekin. Both encounters offered very little challange for US, but they did bring in some decent loot, therefore, both are worthy of being on our farm list. We had defeated Narseekin on Wednesday on our very first attempt ever, but since he decided to show his face again tonight we decided to punish him some more. CONGRATZ US on the kills, and congratz to all the loot winners.

Ghost and Snowtail Down!

Tonight we took a trip into Razorthorn, tower of Sullon Zek. While we did not stop by to say "Hi" to her, we did decide to take out her guardians, Ghost and Snowtail. Both were fun fights, not overly complicated, and both are now on farm status. Congratz US on our first kills on Ghost and Snowtail!, and as always congratz to all the loot winners!

Weed Wacked!

Tonight we started off with a kill on Zi in Demi and then moved into Theater of Blood to seek revenger on Gnarlibramble who bested us on Wednesday night. On our first attempt for the night we took down the giant weed. It was a sweet victory, especially after he barely held onto his life 2 nights earlier. We ended the night with another kill on Anastasis the Thought Drinker. It was a good night, we saw 2 last bloods and with our Gnarl kill we have downed 3/6 raid encounters in Theater of Blood. CONGRATZ US on our first Gnarlibramble kill, and congratz to all of the loot winners!

Nothing but a compost heap now....

Porthio the Second Born Executed!

Tonight was a fun raid, we did a lot of killing. We took down Maestro Tan'lor and Anastasia the Thought Drinker in ToB, all 3 Relic dragons, and ended the night with a kill on a new target, Porthio the Second Born. While we technically aren't doing PoR progression hardcore, we have been dabbling in the PoR expansion for a while now. Porthio wasn't too difficult, his cat was a bit annoying, but the overall encounter was an easy win for us. Congratz US on our Porthio kill, and congratz to all the loot winners!

US in the Demi-Plane of Blood

Tonight was our first raid into the Demi-Plane of Blood. I wasn't sure what to expect, but we did very well for our first run. The events I have seen so far are very interesting. The trash mobs were pretty easy, although each type seemed to have an anoyying ability. The zonewide AE curse snare was a bit of a pain in the ass. The other zonewide curse that decreased stats was no picnic either. With time we will diminish the 2 curse effects on our raid force, as we collect and turn in the AE blockers, but for now we will just deal with it. The Zi Thuuli of the Graniteclaw event was a bit shakey on his first spawn, but once we figured it out it was cake and we saw our first few Demi loots. Next we decided to head to the castle and try the Wailing Sisters event. Upon getting there we saw that Maggotmiser was up, so we took him down, again relatively easy. We made some mistakes on the Wailing Sisters, so we didn't win the event, but we did gain a lot of knowledge on how we should proceed on our next attempt. I expect us to win that event the next time we try it. We still have Hatchet the Torturer and Sanguimanus the Redfang left in Tier 1 to try as well. Our focus will be to complete all of the tier 1 encounters within the next few weeks and put them on farm status. All in all, a fun raid, I look forward to more. Congratz US on our first Demi-Plane of blood kills, and congratz to all the loot winners.

The corpses...
