Meet Marianna

Marianna bravely keeps working despite her own struggles with mobility and chronic pain.

She knits socks for Ukrainian defenders on the front lines. Despite her pain, she continues knitting because she knows these socks ease the suffering of our brave heroes.

Her son Vitaliy also volunteers his time, delivering these much-needed parcels.

I express my sincere gratitude to our tireless little bee, Mariya Gomzyak.

Mariya is one of us — with steadfast will, unbreakable spirit. No matter how hard it is, overcoming fatigue and phantom pains, she stands strong and helps our boys and girls in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

I myself have lost count of how many warm little socks have warmed the feet of our defenders.
